Professional career
After graduating as materials engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH), Viktor Haefeli began his professional career as process engineer and went on to become head of research and development for thermal processing technology at MGC Plasma AG. He specialised in the use of thermal plasma for recycling and the treatment of hazardous waste, chemical weapons and explosives.
Between 1993 and 1997 he wrote his doctoral thesis on the subject of «Thermal Plasma for the Incineration and Vitrification of Radioactive Waste». This technology became widely used in Switzerland as an industrial process for treating low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste.
From 2000 to 2013 Viktor Haefeli was employed by RUAG, where he established the department of environmental engineering, developing it to become a successful, profitable part of the RUAG organisation. Dr. Haefeli was instrumental in successfully establishing and implementing core competencies in the recycling of refrigerators and electrical and electronic equipment as well as the disposal of military surplus (sale, reuse, recycling and disposal) and the general recycling and disposal of industrial wastes. Furthermore, he was appointed head of and successfully managed the Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Coatings and Aerostructures divisions. From 2002 to 2008 he was CEO of RUAG Components and from 2009 to 2013 CEO of RUAG Technology. As from 2006 he was also member of the Executive Board of RUAG.
In 2013 Viktor Haefeli founded the companies Smart Resources and smartREC, with their core competencies in the management consulting and environment sectors.

Werdegang
Anna Ammann ist in Moskau geboren und aufgewachsen, studierte an der Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Fachgebiet Bau- und Strassenmaschinen und schloss im 1991 erfolgreich mit Diplom ab.
1992 – 1996 startete sie ihre berufliche Laufbahn in Moskau als Projektassistentin Sadko“, (Swiss–Russian Handelsfirma). Ihre Aufgabe war die Markteinführung von Markenartikeln aus der Schweiz in Russland.
1996 ist sie in die Schweiz umgezogen.
1999 – 2003 zog es Frau Ammann in die Rohstoffbranche (Aluminiumhandel), COALCO AG in Zug.
2004 – 2007 als Business Development Manager der Firma Drill Quest Eng. in Cham baute sie erfolgreich die Märkte Russland und GUS auf. Die Firma ist weltweit tätig mit Öl- und Gasförderanlagen.
2007 schloss sie das berufsbegleitende Studium erfolgreich als Eidg. diplomierte Exportleiterin ab an der Höheren Fachschule für Aussenwirtschaft, Schweiz.
2007 – 2009 war sie in div. Rohstoffbereichen tätig: Metall – und Schrotthandel bei European Metal Recycling Ltd, Ferrexpo AG (Eisenerz) und Raw & Refined Commodities AG, (Pharma).
2008 – 2013 in der Funktion Project Manager bei der Varex AG, Zürich (Family Office) war Frau Ammann u.a. verantwortlich für die Führung des Teams. Für VIP Kunen wurden verschiedene Dienstleistungen wie Verzollung und Verschiffung von Wertgegenständen im In- und Ausland, Versicherungen aller Art, Wohltätigkeit‘s Projekte, Immobilienverwaltung und Einbürgerungen ausgeführt.
Seit 2014 ist Frau Ammann in der Funktion Head Marketing und Sales bei der Firma Smart Resources GmbH tätig. Sie ist verantwortlich für die Aufbau des Russischen Umweltmarkts und das Beziehungsnetzwerk aus der Schweiz heraus und am Ort.
